Hi, I’m Katya. I joined recruitment after completing my PhD in Chemistry and choosing to move into a career that worked with people. I "fell into" recruitment, as often happens - but I love working in a career where I learn about the latest science every day and support people in being successful in their career; either finding the ideal role as a next step for a candidate or adding a strong member of a team to support commercial leadership in achieving their goals.
